Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your personal computer. The built-in drag-and-drop functionality will enable you to effortlessly move files between your desktop PC and the web hosting server. Just select the file that you wish to upload from your personal computer and then drag it over to your browser. The same applies to downloading a file from the File Manager to your personal computer. Plus, you can download files and even folders to your desktop PC by clicking the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager, you can create a new file or folder with only a click. All action buttons are conveniently positioned above the file/folder list and you can edit your files effortlessly. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to another folder, explore the contents of a file or edit its permissions, delete a file, and so on.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager user interface, you will be able to zip and unzip all types of files. It does work amazingly fast - simply select the files you want to make an archive of and push the Compress button. You can even select the archive format (.rar, .zip, etc.). It is just as easy to extract an archive file to a chosen folder.
File Editors
With the File Manager GUI, you really do not need any third-party software tools in order to update your files. There is an image viewer, which allows you to view the contents of your image files to get a clue about how the images will in fact appear on your website. Besides, you will find a set of integrated file editors, which will give you absolute command over your files.
